KEAMANAN JARINGAN

1. Membatasi Akses ke Jaringan

A. Membuat tingkatan akses :

Pembatasan-pembatasan dapat dilakukan sehingga memperkecil peluang penembusan oleh pemakai yang tak diotorisasi, misalnya :

·         Pembatasan login.Login hanya diperbolehkan :

·         Pembatasan jumlah usaha login.

·    Login dibatasi sampai tiga kali dan segera dikunci dan diberitahu ke administrator.

·    Semua login direkam dan sistem operasi melaporkan informasi-informasi berikut :

Ø  Waktu, yaitu waktu pemakai login.

Ø   Terminal, yaitu terminal dimana pemakai login.

·  Tingkat akses yang diizinkan ( read / write / execute / all )

Keamanan Database

Keamanan Komputer

1. Keamanan Jaringan

• membuat tingkat akses
• mekanisme kendali akses (user autentication)
1. sesuatu yang diketahui pemakai <-- password
2. sesuatu yang di miliki pemakai
3. ciri pemakai

•  waspada terhadap sosial engineering
• membedakan sumber daya internal dengan eksternal
• sistem otentikasi

2. Melindungi aset organisasi

• Administratif/ Fisik
• Teknis

3. mengamankan saluran terbuka (opened channel)

• mengamankan layer aplication
• mengamankan layer transport
• mengamankan layer network

Look at this, Ernie: Sesame Street character Bert's face found on stink bug

His sketches with best friend Ernie, his love of the letter W and his fondness for pigeons have bought happiness to millions of children around the globe.

And now it appears that Sesame Street character Bert's popularity has even reached the natural world - with this tribute from a stink beetle in a Singapore forest.

How To Make A Strawberry Banana Nutella Pancake Burrito

Back-To-School Pancake Burritos? Yes please. Finally, a non-savory, hand-held breakfast burrito that ‘takes the cake,’ errrr…the pancake. Sounds simple enough, just include the listed ingredients in the burrito’s title.

It ain’t necessarily so

The textbooks children learn from in school reveal and shape national attitudes—and should provoke debate.

PARISIANS are in a tizz about capitalism. New Yorkers get stressed about sex. In Seoul and San Antonio, Texas, 11,000km apart, citizens fret about the relationship between humans and apes. What goes into school textbooks—and, even more, what is left out—spurs concern and controversy all over the world.

And so it should. Few, if any, instruments shape national culture more powerfully than the materials used in schools. Textbooks are not only among the first books most people encounter; in many places they are, along with religious texts, almost the only books they encounter. A study in South Africa showed that fewer than half of pupils had access to more than ten books at home. In 2010 a study by Egypt’s government found that, apart from school textbooks, 88% of Egyptian households read no books.

The degree to which a government keeps control of the textbooks used in classrooms is a good, if imprecise, guide to its commitment to ideological control. Where that yearning is strong, governments are likely to produce the texts themselves or define minutely what goes into them. But even when governments are less directly involved, ideology can count—either the ideology of the groups that control textbook-writing, or of those that seek, through school boards and the like, to constrain them. Such manoeuvres can short-circuit the healthy debate that societies should encourage over how the world is taught to children, screening out views that offend or challenge those who wield the blue pencils of power.

Flying fish, one of the most amazing fishes

Animals Weird

In one of our older posts, we wrote about Electric Eel, the fish that generates electric current. Today, we are going to write a post on the flying fish, the fish that can fly like birds over the water.

From the name of this fish it is very easy to note the main feature that makes it completely unique. This fish is able to fly out of the water and go to another place. This is the mechanism that is used in order to run away from vicious predators.

Cinnamon and Honey; Bet the drug companies won't like this one getting around

Facts on Honey and Cinnamon: It is found that a mixture of honey and Cinnamon cures most diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a 'Ram Ban' (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without side effects for any kind of diseases.
Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, when it is taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm even diabetic patients. Researched by western scientists:

HEART DISEASES: Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply it on bread instead of jelly and jam and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Also, those who have already had an attack, when they do this process daily, they are kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as one ages the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and the veins.

7 Things About Android The Compulsory Basic Know

1. Not all Android phones cool. Android is an Operating System (OS) owned by Google. In this case Google does not provide hardware smartphone or tablet form. So to create a smartphone / tablet is cool or the term high-end, it takes a good hardware. For example, LG GW620. The phone was released in November 2009 by running the Android 1.5 Cupcake. What happens is that LG GW620 is a product fails. How can it be? If the iPhone hardware is always in accordance with the software because they were associated and the approval of the parties and has been tested by Apple, it's not like that with Android. Hardware that supports Android, not always 'class' with Android itself.
2. Not all Android phones expensive. If you are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S II or the Motorola Atrix 4G certainly an example of high-end smartphone hardware supported class. And it makes both of them should be sold at high prices. But not like it when you talk about the Galaxy Mini or some other Android output China manufacturers like ZTE or Huawei.
3. Unlike Android, different User Interface. For those of you who do not know, Android is not just one! Google has released several versions of Android. The latest is version 3.0 which has got the update to version 3.1 or so-called Honeycomb. Android version is most appropriate for use in tablets. Google will provide an update later on as it has done previously. Perhaps it could be Android 3.2 or Android 2.4 For upgrades from version 2.3. It is the final version for Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone that also has to get an update to version 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 to continue using the name Android Gingerbread. Each update that was provided to bring new features. As Android 2.3.4 update that gives firur GTalk video chat. And, every version of Android that have the view (user interface) is different. Similarly, features that were taken. More and more sophisticated features here given.
4. Not all phones running the latest version of Android. Android version 1.5 or Cupcake release on 30 April 2009. Then came version 1.6 or Donut, then 2.0/2.1 version is also called Eclair and release of version 2.2 aka Froyo. Do not stop there, Google re-release a new version of Android 2.3 or Android version of Gingerbread for tablets and called Honeycomb or version 3.0. And, not all Android phones using the Android release a new version. Android phone prices generally are still running under the Android version 2.2 Froyo. That's because the hardware used to support the Android version 2.1 or earlier is still below that used for the Android 2.3, for example. And it certainly brought powerful features, which then affects the high / low prices. The more the new version of Android, the more expensive.
5.  Fragmentation and Applications. Platform fragmentation or division of causing a number of applications can only run on certain phones. For example, Twitter for Android apps can only run at least version 2.1 of Android phones. That means a phone with Android 1.6 can not run the application Twitter. Then on the screen resolution. Numerous applications can not run on phones with higher resolution. Example, there is an Android phone with a screen HVGA (480 x 320 pixels) but there is also Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini / Mini Pro with a lower screen resolution QVGA (320 x 240). High-end phones like the Nexus One that support the higher resolution (800 x 480). And, you also can find a higher, namely the Android tablet such as the Motorola Xoom Honeycomb with a resolution of 1280x 800 pixels.
6. Processor with a higher speed does not always result in 'smoother operation Android'. You can try the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 with 1GHz processor (Android 1.6). Then move on to Milestone with 600MHz processor (Android 2.1.). If you agree, then the Milestone feels more nimble and faster in executing the command. That's why the processor with a higher speed does not always result in faster performance. Selainitu RAM factors will also affect the quality of the graphics display.
7. Not all applications can be obtained free of charge. For those of you who are thinking of switching from a standard phone to a smartphone Android, please note that applications in the Android is not free. At least, not all. Default application like Twitter and Facebook could certainly be obtained free of charge. But if you really need an application for a translator, for example, then you can buy it in the Android Market.

Android Market offers a variety of applications you need. Staying smart to choose which is free, where a good and reliable, or which are sold at low prices.

Features and Advantages Froyo Android 2.2

Android's operating system is more developed and is in the interest, the android was until now then add the features in each version, after previous success with Android 2.1 aka Eclair and almost a lot of phones that use it now there is also a version Android 2.2 Froyo eyebrows (Frozen Yogurt).Although officially been released by Google, but not all Android phones could use Froyo. One of the most felt when berlaih from Eclair to Froyo is, the increasing performance of mobile phones. It can be measured through a commonly used benchmark applications on Android, Quadrant.Based on benchmarks performed, an increase perrforma rise until doubled from the previous system (Eclair). Such tests include the testing of processor performance in multimedia processing, up to the graphics capabilities to handle three-dimensional content. In addition, the free memory that is also greater than ever. If you usually only get about 100MB user can now use about 250MB of the 512MB total available memory. Automatic performance meningkatkkan it even more users to run various applications simultaneously.Another change brought by the operating system HTC Froyo for Desire is:

Can put the application on the SD CardUnlike the earlier's operating system can only put all the applications in the main memory. Through Froyo, users can put all the installation files on the external memory.

HD quality video recordingIf users only can record moving images at a maximum resolution of 800 X 480 pixels, not anymore. Thanks to Froyo, video capture resolution can be increased up to 1280 X 720 pixels. Equivalent to half the quality of High Definition.

Can be used as HotspotAfter upgrading to Froyo, users will see a new icon in the row of existing applications, Wi-Fi Hotspot. As the name suggests, this application allows mobile phone users used access point. In addition there are more additional applications such as Flashlight, App Sharing, and Navigation. Especially for the navigation map, only available in beta version and can not be used in multiple locations.

Security Android

Nowadays of course mobile phones has become a mandatory requirement that must exist as a means of communicating. Good communication is by phone, sms, and internet. Nowadays mobile phones are classified into the smartphone must have the Operating System (OS) itself therein, such as Symbian, Android, Bada, Microsoft Windows Mobile, Blackberry, etc.. All the OS is actually already memilii default security level is good.
But there is still a security problem, it could be because there are bugs or generally mostly due to the carelessness of the users themselves. For example, the smartphone users to download programs illegally from the internet and it makes smartpone are vulnerable to security issues.
Self-developed Android operating system of the computer that is very famous for the stable and secure Linux operating system. Linux is already known to be more secure against viruses that exist. Still, the problem can occur because of carelessness or ignorance security of its users.
It is undeniable that the Android OS is becoming a trend idol for smartphone users today. More and more smartphones and tablets that use the android OS. As more and more users Android OS for smartphones, the more parties are also not responsible for who wants to exploit this situation for personal benefit, for example, makes this trojan for OS Android. MSO.PJApps example is a virus that has the ability to communicate with the creator of the server and can automatically download and mengistall applications without the knowledge of mobile phone owners.
For android itself as I know there are some trojans that can run on the android system and SW.Qieting SW.SecurePhone MSO.PJApps apart from the above.
The first Trojan is SW.SecurePhone. This works when the Trojans managed to infect a victim of this trojan will then immediately steal and transmit data in android mobile phone users to a remote server that the creator of the trojan. Characteristics when exposed to trojan SW.SecurePhone is offering Android phones will disappear background or icons normally found in front of the menu page. Victim data as sms, call logs, voice recordings, up to the photos on the android phone to upload the victims silently by this trojan to the remote server is the creator of the trojan every 20 minutes.
SW.SecurePhone Trojan is known to spread in America by making use of the Internet media, especially from black market for android.
